I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker committed to helping women navigate life's challenges with compassion, clinical expertise, and evidence-based care. I earned my Bachelor of Social Work from California State University, Long Beach, followed by my Master of Social Work from California State University, Northridge, where I further developed my clinical training and passion for supporting individuals through meaningful change.
Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working across medical, community mental health, and private practice settings, providing psychotherapy to individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, burnout, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. These experiences have strengthened my ability to provide personalized, culturally responsive care that honors each client's unique story, values, and goals.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and strengths-based interventions. While my approach is rooted in research, I also believe that the therapeutic relationship itself is one of the most powerful catalysts for healing. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, supported, and empowered to create lasting change.
